Justification of the identified resources

The roles and responsibilities of the various team members for the given project are as follows:

Project manager:

The role of the project manager in the project is vital as the project manager plays the primary role for successful completion of the given project. Being one of the significant members of the project manager is held accountable for various functions conducted within the project (Cascio, 2015). The time frame and the budget is efficiently utilised by the project manager in order to complete the project within the stipulated time frame and budget. 

Individual members: 

Individual team members refer to the active individuals working on the multiple aspects of the project. The individual members can be from the organisation’s staff or individuals specifically appointed for the project. 

Sponsor for the project:

The major role of the project sponsor is approval for the project budget, which also includes formulation and implementation of significant decision regarding the project (Noe, 2017). 

Facilities:

The facilities that Royal Gym aims to deliver includes membership at an affordable price and at the same time it offers premium membership facilities, which provides the member various added services. Moreover, the Gym offers personal trainers to the member that provides training that includes cardio exercises and fitness training for kids with breathing issues. The Gym aims to cater to the health and fitness needs of the employees and for the same it has undertaken decision wherein, the Gym considers in providing flexible timing for the ICL employees. Further, the Gym provides facilities for periodical health check up for the ICL employees and accordingly recommends diets as the individuals’ health and fitness requirement. Apart from the given facilities the Gym further considers in providing personal trainers for employees not being able to attend the Gym within the given timings. One of the important facilities that the Gym offers is fitness training for the conceiving women in order to avoid birth consequences for both the mother and child.

Hardware equipment:

Equipments in the Gym incur the maximum cost as the equipment are the prime essentials of any gym. The effective installation of gym hardware requires free weight for beginners as well as heavy weight for professional practitioners. Organisation system:

Royal Gym club in order to increase its productivity needs to manage its human resources effectively. In doing so, the organisation can fulfil its human resource requirement by appointing an efficient team for marketing and advertising as well as the enterprise needs to appoint staff in order to carry out regular operations of the gym. This section includes the necessary steps for the overall development of the workforce. A strong and skilled workforce will work for more and better productivity. After the training needs have been identified, the right method of training has to be chosen. Next, the trainers hired in the gym have to coached thoroughly so that they develop their own training skills. The last step is to ensure activities related to the process of building a strong team to provide the best services.

E. Reward and recognition system for team motivation

Employees often get motivated to work better if their hard work is appreciated and recognized. Ideas worth implementation should be rewarded to the employees. Awarding the employees for their service also motivates them to an even greater extent. Team incentives should also be provided as per the performance of the working team (Smith, 2019). 

F. Three challenges arouse in teamwork

  • Managing communication barrier is one of the major challenges faced by the gym authorities because people work there coming from different cultural backgrounds.

  •  Maintaining coordination among team members is necessary because each member has different skills. Job role has to be allocated as per the individual’s skills and capabilities.

  • Comprehending the needs of individual team members becomes necessary because people coming from different backgrounds have different cultures and traditions. Each has to be respected and valued to hold the employees within the organization.
